"I appreciate the professional manner in which you handled my request to sell 3 individual rental houses for me in the St. Louis area. All three represented an opportunity for creative selling including but not limited to working with existing tenants in two of the units, furnishing and staging the one unoccupied unit and recommending what repairs should be made and could be justified on a cost/return basis in order to facilitate the sales.
Most of this you performed on your own, because I lived in Louisville, KY at the time, which required a long drive back and forth to St. Louis, and added exposure during the Covid-19 pandemic.
All three units were sold and closed within 2 months maximum, with two at the full asking price and only one slightly discounted.
