What Brought Dave to Real Estate

Dave made his home in St. Louis after graduating from college and working for Fortune 500 companies from Boeing and Anheuser-Busch to Edward Jones.  Trained as an analyst, marketer and procurement specialist, Dave loves numbers and this passion for inquiry informs all of his excellent work in real estate.  He always tracks sales, studies trends and evaluates the best approaches.  Plus his gentle firmness makes him a natural negotiator!

Background

Dave hails from Farmington Missouri where he still has family and friends.  Dave is also the descendant of early settlers in the state, which fills him with a sincere love for his hometown.

Dave attended Missouri State with a BS degree in Finance.

Personal

Jeanine, Dave's wife and chief cheer leader is an interior designer, (ASID) with the well known firm Directions in Design and is always happy to offer advice.

Dave spends his free time, weight-training, crossword-puzzling, reading non-fiction and raising two adorable standard poodles.   When he can break away he loves to spend time with his two millennial children.
