I help families and individuals navigate the Real Estate process gracefully and with fun, play and ease.  I guide my clients through the experience so that they can clearly see the way.  I help them to identify and realize their dreams and goals without the frustration and waste of time that often occurs when buying and selling real estate.  I use a process that eliminates the mystery and guesswork. My clients are then left with more time, energy and emotional vitality to do the things that matter the most to them. 

I have relocated and moved many times both cross country and locally and I know the process well.  My process is streamlined and stress-free keeping everyone organized and calm while working swiftly and deftly with the goal of achieving the best results every time. Personal

I enjoy a good challenge and collaborating with my clients and my colleagues to arrive at the best solution for every project at hand.  I have lived all over the US and grew up with my eight siblings, parents, and a sheepdog in Frontenac.  Ask me about my former homes as I have lived in California, Virginia, Kansas City, Chicago and Connecticut before returning to be with family in St. Louis. 

Currently I am a happy Kirkwood resident, with my Coton de Tulear, “Cody” …the cutest dog in the world!  When I am not listing or selling beautiful homes you can find me enjoying art, music, photography, meditation and entertaining.  I never stop learning and love to take classes in communication and personal and professional growth & development.  Learning to thrive in an ever-changing world is very important to me.

We were lucky to have Quita as our real estate agent.  We were unsure of the type of property we were looking for, and unfocused as to the geographic location in the St. Louis suburbs.  I think the whole process from first contacting her to purchasing a home was over a year, entirely due to  indecisiveness on our end.  Fortunately for us, Marquita was very patient, always willing to accomodate us as we looked at many properties that we thought we might be interested in.  She was immediately responsive when we found something of interest, making appropriate arrangements for us to get in as early as possible, including off hours that fit our busy work schedules.  Once we finally identified our new home, she was very helpful guiding us during the negotiating process (all successfully), and has stayed in touch with us post-purchase to make sure every detail worked out as planned.  In addition, after some slugggish response times from our out of town lender, she identified a helpful local lender who was also very proactive and was quick to work through finalizing the necessary loan.  A very patient and caring experience from Marquita (Quita) from start to finish.
