Get to Know Kathe DeGrand and Cathleen O’Meara
Filled with energy and positivity Kathe and Cathleen have real estate and property management in their blood. Kathe, long a participant/owner in her family apartment rental business, is organized, methodical and proactive in juggling all kinds of responsibilities. For Cathleen, her partner, making the leap from master Teacher to Realtor was easy as educating people on process is essential. Cathleen was and is active as a parent volunteer at Westminster Christian Academy, Priory and Kirkwood Schools, Kathe has two children in college and one at Immaculata. Both share a rich and varied exposure to all types of areas around the St. Louis community and they know the importance of finding the right fit for families of all sizes and shapes. In 2020, Kathe and Cathleen hit the ground running and exceeded expectations with their multiple sales in all price ranges and areas!
