• Having deep roots in St. Louis and family in real estate, Emily O’Hagan has nearly 20 years of real estate experience.

• Emily has extensive experience with properties throughout the Greater Metropolitan St. Louis Area (Missouri), including St. Louis’s central corridor, the City of St. Louis, West St. Louis County and St. Charles.

• She has represented executives of local companies, including Enterprise Holdings and Wells Fargo, and is a Certified Relocation Specialist.

• She has represented clients who required complete discretion and knows how to handle transactions through LLCs, trusts, etc.

• As a member of Laura McCarthy Real Estate, she has access to the modern technology now required to adequately serve clients in today’s market. This enables her to analyze local trends, thus creating great knowledge and giving her clients a competitive edge whether buying or selling.

 • Over her many years of experience, Emily has developed relationships with ancillary companies that are needed to complete a transaction (title companies, inspectors, various types of contractors, stagers, and other real estate agencies.

Five years at Gateway Title company gave her the experience in dealing with all aspects of closing a real estate transaction.
